• Maintain precise data accuracy and derive insights from Google Ads and Analytics to create actionable weekly flash reports and clear visual dashboards using Looker Studio.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research, set up critical negative keywords, and expertly configure ads to guarantee smooth campaign launches targeting the ideal audiences.
• Begin with supervised work following a detailed prior-approval routine and keeping an Optimization Journal documenting actions during the 90-day probation. Upon demonstrating mastery of SOPs, gain autonomy to implement high-level platform updates independently.

Candidate Profile

• Highly process-oriented with keen attention to detail, accustomed to managing chronological logs, preventing rework, and meeting strict deadlines such as delivering reports by Monday 12:00 PM CST.
• Possess foundational knowledge of PPC concepts including keywords, match types, bidding strategies, and quality scoring, with eagerness to expand hands-on skills under senior mentorship.
• Proactive problem solver with excellent written English; swiftly identifies and addresses sudden metric declines, policy infringements, or malfunctioning conversion tracking tags.
• Comfortable using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, plus communication and project tools like Slack and Asana; capable with pivot tables and formulas using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Equipped with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, well-organized workspace suitable for fully remote work.
