Role Overview

This position requires executing precise vehicle body repairs such as stripping and refitting, panel replacements, cosmetic and structural repairs, and welding to restore vehicles to original manufacturer specifications. The role demands a skilled professional with expertise in various body repair methods and a strong dedication to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiently manage vehicle strip and refit tasks.
• Carry out cosmetic repairs including light filler application and repairs on bumpers and plastic components.
• Prepare panels for primer and painting processes.
• Perform paintless dent repairs (PDR) with training support available.
• Handle heavy repairs involving meticulous filler application and finishing.
• Complete panel replacements as necessary.
• Conduct steel welding using Mig/Mag and spot welding techniques; aluminium and brass welding experience is a bonus but not mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid experience in panel beating involving strip and refit, panel repairs, and replacements.
• Familiar with chassis alignment and jig work.
• Capability in using dent pulling and plastic welding or glue pulling tools, with training offered as needed.
• A driven mindset committed to completing repairs to the highest standards.
• Basic computer skills with willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellence in workmanship.
• Possession of a full, clean Class B driving license.

• Annual salary between €42,000 and €45,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
