Outbound Telecaller

About the Role

This position involves outbound calling to potential clients such as hotels, resorts, and corporates to promote photography-related services including video, 360 virtual tours, and brand films. The role is based in Bangalore and requires full-time presence at the office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 40 to 50 outbound calls daily targeting hotels, resorts, and corporate clients.
• Perform same-day follow-ups via WhatsApp and email for interested leads.
• Qualify potential customers using a scripted approach.
• Record every interaction accurately in the CRM system (Bigin) and maintain consistent follow-up.

Compensation and Performance Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹28,000 initially, with performance-based increments.
• Earn unlimited commissions on each closed deal along with deal-specific bonuses.
• Revenue bonuses are attainable after achieving monthly targets; specifics given upon offer acceptance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales.
• Proficient in English and Hindi communication.
• Capable of handling rejection positively and persevering.
• Previous experience in high-volume calling environments such as hospitality, edtech, or insurance is preferred.
• Available to join immediately and work on-site in Bangalore.

Success Metrics

• Achieve revenue goals incrementally: ₹40,000 in month one, rising to ₹200,000 by month four.
• Commissions are paid from the first successful deal onward.
• Ownership of the sales process from initial contact through deal closure, with support provided only for large accounts.
