OpsRamp AIOps Tool Development and Deployment Support

Role overview

This position is focused on supporting project delivery by designing, developing, and deploying tools that meet business and client requirements. The role calls for someone who can translate project needs into a practical tool solution, coordinate the build or purchase of the tool, and ensure a smooth rollout within the expected timeline and budget.

What you will do

• Work with internal teams or clients to understand what the project needs from a tool standpoint.
• Create a solution approach by considering required functionality, already available tools, and any licenses that may be needed.
• Prepare effort estimates, timelines, and budget projections for tool development or deployment.
• For newly required tools, identify whether development should be handled internally or by a third-party provider, and coordinate with project managers through the build process.
• Discuss commercial terms with external vendors for licenses or custom tool development.
• Test the tool thoroughly before release to help ensure a smooth, error-free deployment.
• Make sure the tool goes live on schedule and stays within the approved budget.

Performance expectations

Success in this role will be measured by the quality of the solution, on-time development, deployment within budget, timely rollout, and error-free implementation.

Mandatory skills

Experience with OpsRamp and AIOps is required.

The role requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
