About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a prominent hospitality firm seeking an Operations Manager based in Dubai. This position demands a highly skilled professional to supervise multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth daily activities and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily operations across several restaurant sites to maintain superior service and operational standards.
• Foster revenue growth, enhance profitability, and deliver outstanding customer experiences at all managed locations.
• Manage profit and loss metrics, including controlling labor and food expenses to optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams to meet and exceed business goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality benchmarks, service protocols, and company policies.
• Evaluate operational data to identify and implement strategies for performance enhancement.
• Assist with local marketing efforts and participate in initiatives aimed at business expansion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related disciplines is highly desirable.
• At least eight years of experience in restaurant operations, with a minimum of three years overseeing multiple units.
• Relevant experience within the UAE or broader GCC hospitality market is essential.
• Previous work in sports bar, casual dining, or similar restaurant segments is advantageous.
• Demonstrated capability in managing restaurant financials including P&L, food costs, and labor costs.
• Proven success in driving sales increases and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics across multiple locations.
• Valid UAE driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle required.
• Preference will be given to candidates available to commence employment immediately or within a 30-day period.
