Equipp is a technology rental startup based in Bangalore, focused on providing laptop, gaming console, tablet, and other device rentals to individuals and businesses. As a growing company and subsidiary of Ralco Synergy Pvt Ltd, Equipp is seeking a driven third team member to work closely with the founder and take significant ownership.

Role Overview

This position combines operational duties with customer support responsibilities to deliver a smooth customer experience, right from inquiry to delivery and resolving any issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email channels.
• Assist customers with product selection, checkout process, and completing KYC requirements.
• Address and resolve order-related issues including billing, upgrades, and replacements.
• Monitor the order lifecycle from booking through delivery and pick-up stages.
• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
• Take charge of improving operational workflows and establish tech-based tracking systems, owning this responsibility fully.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in customer support or operations.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills across various channels.
• Comfortable utilizing tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Sheets for operations.
• Display a strong sense of ownership and an eye for detail.

Location and Compensation

Based onsite at Prestige Centre Point, Cunningham Road, Bangalore.

Salary ranges between Rs. 3.8 Lakhs to Rs. 6 Lakhs per annum.
