This opening is for an Operations Analyst to join a small operations team as the third team member. The role offers meaningful ownership over everyday compliance operations and sits at the intersection of security, customer experience, and sound judgment. The right person will not simply follow procedures, but will weigh risk, user needs, and operational quality to make thoughtful decisions.

What You Will Do

• Examine account activity and decide whether requests should be approved or escalated, using AI-supported analysis, pattern recognition, and your own judgment.
• Look for signs of suspicious behavior and fraud, and learn new regulatory obligations as they arise so they can be applied in daily operations.
• Recommend ways to improve workflows, reduce risk, and make operations more efficient, while documenting learnings and sharing them with the team.
• Use AI tools to work through large datasets, draft messages, and evaluate trade-offs at scale while partnering with product, support, and business teams to support safe growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and close attention to detail.
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools, such as LLMs, analytics tools, or automation platforms, to improve productivity.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including explaining complex issues in simple terms.
• Good organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a setting with competing demands.
• A proactive, accountable mindset with curiosity and a focus on continuous improvement and user impact.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, compliance, or a similar area; startup or fintech background is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000, with equity included. Benefits include 100% covered health coverage in the US, unlimited PTO, and 12 to 16 weeks of paid parental leave.

Work Location

This is a fully remote role, and the team can work from anywhere in the Americas.
