Operational Specialist

Position Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a partner company seeking an Operational Specialist to serve as the primary support contact for team members during their work shifts. This role involves enforcing adherence to operational processes, supervising and training employees, and driving process improvement efforts within the organization.

Key Duties

• Serve as the initial point of assistance for team members throughout their shifts, ensuring compliance with established processes.
• Monitor workflow efficiency, track performance metrics, and relay shift-related information to management teams.
• Provide ongoing support and training to staff while overseeing their daily responsibilities.
• Work cooperatively with multiple departments to address shared concerns and achieve performance objectives.
• Leverage data analytics tools to detect opportunities for enhancing safety standards, quality of work, and overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in both written and spoken forms of two languages among German, English, and Arabic.
• Experience in utilizing data analytics to identify and address operational challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for professional use.
• Capable of managing stakeholder relationships effectively, including developing and sustaining professional connections.
• Previous exposure to operational environments such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
