About the Role
The Office Manager supporting the CEO is integral to accelerating strategic initiatives, overseeing cross-departmental projects, and ensuring that business-critical priorities advance efficiently. This role transcends typical executive assistant duties, emphasizing autonomous project ownership, diligent follow-up, and collaboration with various business leaders to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track strategic projects led by the CEO and monitor action items from Executive Leadership Team meetings.
- Prepare comprehensive project trackers, dashboards, and progress updates, identifying potential risks or delays and escalating them appropriately.
- Engage with senior management and stakeholders to maintain consistent communication on project milestones and business developments.
- Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and support the execution of strategic priorities, including preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
- Manage CEO office operations by prioritizing multiple projects while ensuring confidentiality and effective communication of executive decisions.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on project status, monitor KPIs, and support governance through accurate documentation.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, promoting accountability and efficient execution across teams.
- Exhibit ownership by proactively addressing business needs, managing sensitive information discreetly, and performing additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Between five and eight years of professional experience in office management, project coordination, business operations, or strategy roles.
- Preferred experience supporting C-suite executives and working in fast-paced, multi-functional organizations.
