JMIN is hiring a driven and adaptable full-cycle recruiter for its US-focused operations. This position is centered on non-IT hiring across skilled trades, industrial functions, and professional services, rather than conventional keyword-based technology recruitment. The role requires the ability to source hard-to-find professionals ranging from HVAC technicians and CNC machinists to litigation attorneys.

You should be equally comfortable speaking with candidates on the field and senior decision-makers in office environments.
