Overview
This role is based at Highfield Park and Ardcairn House in Dublin, offering a full-time position with a total of 40 working hours per week. The schedule includes 30 hours from Friday to Sunday at Highfield Park and 10 hours on Wednesdays at Ardcairn House. The annual salary is €32,136.
Yugo is a leading provider of student accommodation, seeking a Night Service Assistant to support the safety and community engagement within our residences during nighttime hours. The assistant acts as the primary contact for students and plays a vital role in maintaining security and a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and handle student inquiries efficiently.
- Support the process of student check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas.
- Participate actively in wellbeing and social events organized for students.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents within the accommodation.
- Fulfill health and safety duties in compliance with Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, including taking personal responsibility and cooperating with organizational safety measures.
- Perform all tasks necessary to keep students safe, secure, and content.
Qualifications and Preferences
- Competence with computers and a proactive, approachable demeanor.
- Preference for candidates with some security experience.
- Interest or willingness to receive Carbon Literacy training, as sustainability principles are core to the company’s culture.
