National Representative - Kenya

Vanzbon Global is a professional global enterprise services provider headquartered in Shenzhen, China, offering comprehensive overseas business solutions such as company registration, legal compliance, finance & taxation, resource connection, and supply chain assistance. To boost our local service capacity in Africa and solidify our presence in Kenya, we seek an experienced Kenya Country Representative to work remotely and serve as the primary liaison between local Kenyan resources and our Shenzhen headquarters.

Role Summary

This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling options, welcoming both full-time and part-time candidates. The representative will oversee the complete delivery of local enterprise services in Kenya and will be responsible for sourcing, verifying, and maintaining high-quality local resources to support the company’s sustainable growth in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire spectrum of local enterprise compliance services including legal compliance inspections, policy guidance, and risk assessments for enterprises with overseas investment.
• Handle company registration, amendments, cancellations, and other industrial and commercial services in Kenya, ensuring legality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
• Deliver full-cycle financial and tax services, such as bookkeeping, tax declarations, audits, financial organization, tax compliance monitoring, and annual inspections for local enterprises.
• Monitor and summarize local industry policies, tax regulations, and regulatory changes, promptly updating the Shenzhen headquarters with critical information and compliance alerts.
• Identify, validate, and connect with premium local partners including law firms, accounting firms, finance, and tax institutions, building a reliable long-term cooperative resource network.
• Manage coordination of local industrial support such as factory locations, office spaces, and commercial venues, compiling resource strengths, pricing standards, and service terms for headquarters alignment.
• Expand and consolidate local supply chain networks, assisting headquarters in matching supply and demand efficiently to support cross-border business and client services.
• Serve as the exclusive local liaison for effective communication and coordination between Kenyan partners and the Shenzhen office to ensure project success.
• Prepare and submit regular standardized reports on business progress, resource engagement outcomes, and challenges to headquarters.
• Resolve issues during service delivery and resource cooperation while improving local service workflows.
• Assist in pre-investment consulting, local policy interpretations, and project viability assessments for Kenya-related ventures.

Qualifications

• Reside in Kenya or have substantial local experience, with deep knowledge of Kenyan corporate law, tax policies, industrial registration, and market conditions.
• Hold established and reliable local industry connections across legal, financial, tax, and real estate sectors; candidates with existing partnerships are preferred.
• Be proficient in company registration, bookkeeping, tax filing, annual reviews, and compliance management processes.
• Exhibit excellent resource integration, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Capable of working 100% remotely with flexible working hours; open to full-time or part-time arrangements.
• Demonstrate responsibility, reliability, responsiveness, commercial insight, and commitment to long-term collaboration.

• Existing ties with local law firms and financial service providers.
• Experience in managing cross-border commercial operations.
