Mystery Shopper

About the Role

Made to Sell, a consulting firm focused on building sales strategies and improving retail sell-out performance, is hiring a Mystery Shopper for the Dublin area. The role involves carrying out a review in your own locality, observing fashion retail outlets, checking whether sales standards are being followed, and then compiling the findings into a final report.

What You Will Do

• Visit assigned stores discreetly and evaluate whether sales procedures are being followed correctly.
• Record your observations accurately and submit the results through an online report.
• Complete the analysis intervention within your area of residence.
• Review fashion retail practices and document compliance with expected sales standards.
• Prepare and submit a final report based on the visit.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred, even if limited.
• A good understanding of sales concepts and retail selling practices is needed.
• You should be self-driven, proactive, and strongly goal oriented.
• Applicants must be able to work independently and with determination.

Additional Information

This is an on-site temporary opportunity based in Greater Dublin. The work is intended to be carried out in the applicant’s local area and includes anonymous store visits followed by an online submission of the report.
