We are seeking meticulous professionals with expertise in music annotation, transcription, or audio labeling for a short-term freelance role. This opportunity is fully remote.

Project Details

• Title: Music Annotation & Transcription Specialist
• Engagement Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
• Location: Remote
• Duration: One week, starting August 6, 2026
• Average task completion time: Approximately 2 minutes per task
• Flexible schedule with around 5 hours daily

Key Duties

• Detect and identify musical instruments within audio files
• Assign instruments to their proper instrument family categories
• Precisely transcribe compositions and audio recordings
• Annotate and verify music-related audio content with accuracy

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with a focus on music
• Experience in music annotation, transcription, audio labeling, or related audio projects
• Exceptional auditory skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to follow thorough instructions while maintaining quality standards
