  • Assist in managing Linen Purchase and Replacement Plans and coordinate weekly linen changes with the Laundry department.
  • Ensure adequate inventory of dormitory essentials including chemicals, garbage bags, bunk beds, wardrobes, linens, and electrical appliances.
  • Encourage employee communication through an “open door” policy, manage employee satisfaction feedback, and support progressive discipline processes.
  • Provide effective communication to supervisors, colleagues, and subordinates via phone, written correspondence, emails, or in-person interactions.
  • Analyze information to determine optimal solutions and keep leadership and team updated on relevant developments promptly.
