Moderator (m/w/d)

Role Overview

We are seeking moderators (m/w/d) to join our Kaufbei TV team as positive influencers. The moderators will assist in conceptualizing content, developing it independently and efficiently, and supporting the team in finding practical solutions while maintaining a neutral stance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clarify the assignment and objectives of the moderation.
• Create the dramaturgy (structure and flow) for sessions.
• Prepare organizational aspects of meetings.
• Introduce topics clearly to participants.
• Manage the discussion process to keep it productive and on track.
• Highlight core content and clarify ambiguous contributions.
• Take responsibility for visualizing and documenting results effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to remain calm and composed under stress.
• Flexibility in approach and scheduling.
• Proven reliability and trustworthiness.
