About the role

This position is for a mixologist at Marriott International in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time, non-management role in the Food and Beverage & Culinary category, and it is based on-site.

What you'll do

• Greet guests warmly and create a pleasant first impression.
• Serve tables as needed and provide attentive bar-side service.
• Open and pour wine or champagne.
• Prepare garnishes and decorative drink elements.
• Restock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Keep the bar area orderly and clean throughout the shift.
• Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports accurately.

What the role requires

• Strong storytelling ability to engage guests in conversation.
• A positive attitude and an outgoing, approachable personality.
• Prior bartender experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (10 kg).
• Comfort with standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and a clean uniform are required.
• Completion of safety training and certification before joining.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or a GED-equivalent qualification.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required at the time of hiring.
