Role Summary

We are currently looking for motivated Merchandisers (m/w/d) to support our floral display tours in supermarkets by maintaining, managing, and replenishing customer areas with fresh products.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and attractively showcasing flowers and plants.
• Monitoring and maintaining freshness and product quality.
• Executing promotional campaigns according to guidelines.
• Serving as the primary contact person for market employees on-site.

Requirements

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory; career changers are welcome.
• A genuine interest in working with flowers and plants.
• Independent and dependable work style.
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license; a company vehicle is provided.
