Job Description and Responsibilities

• Regularly engage with doctors daily to promote the company’s products, complying with company protocols.
• Visit chemists and stockists to monitor stock levels, place orders, and collect payments.
• Organize and participate in brand promotional events such as CMEs, conferences, doctors’ meetings, and retail trade marketing activities.
• Apply company promotional strategies and use marketing materials as per guidelines.
• Maintain frequent visits to various customer categories including doctors, hospitals, and institutions to boost product visibility and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Support new product launches following company strategies.
• Ensure 100% return on investment and maintain strong follow-up with all stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new markets and customer bases for business expansion.
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Applicants must have completed graduation in any discipline.

Additional Information

• This role involves field sales responsibilities predominantly onsite in Coimbatore, India.
• Employment type is full-time.
• The offered salary range is between 100000 and 425000 INR annually.
