Role overview
This is a full-time Monitoring & Evaluation position based in Kampala, Uganda. The role focuses on strengthening program tracking by supporting M&E activities, gathering and interpreting data, and producing reports that show progress and results.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in designing and rolling out monitoring and evaluation plans.
- Collect, clean, and analyze program data to support decision-making.
- Prepare monitoring summaries, reports, and dashboard updates.
- Help train program staff on the use of M&E tools and processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E work.
- Proven ability to collect, manage, and analyze data accurately.

Salary: USD 20,000 to USD 30,000
