Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing data to generate actionable insights, supporting BI and reporting efforts through project management, media platform assessment, and data validation. Collaborating closely with media and client teams, you’ll translate requirements into impactful visualizations and support campaign optimization across programmatic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BI and reporting projects including media platform reviews and data validation tasks.
- Coordinate with external vendors handling ETL processes, data aggregation, and API integration.
- Partner with media specialists and client service teams to capture client reporting needs and convert them into actionable outputs.
- Work alongside development and visualization teams to produce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations conveying key insights.
- Provide data-driven advice for campaign targeting and optimization to media buying and programmatic teams.
- Contribute to revenue-generating analytics product development by enhancing user experience with advanced data visualization.
- Analyze large datasets from digital marketing campaigns to detect trends and patterns.
- Conduct statistical analyses, such as regression and forecasting, to underpin data-informed recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing analytics with proven results.
- Familiarity with media buying teams and programmatic platforms, including SSP and DSP.
- Experience in project management, media platform evaluation, and data validation workflows.
- Skill with statistical analysis methods, including regression and forecasting techniques.
- Proven ability to transform complex data into impactful visualizations using tools like Tableau.
- Proficiency with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or AWS Redshift and strong relational database knowledge.
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL; ability to work with legacy systems.
- Understanding of data visualization principles and attention to effective design and communication.
- Capability to extract actionable insights from intricate datasets and communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
