  • Keep the sales content library and digital asset system organized and up to date.
  • Update website content in Webflow to reflect current positioning, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Refresh demo-ready materials, including product overview presentations and ROI frameworks.

Social Media and Digital Marketing

  • Manage DUOS’s LinkedIn presence as the main B2B social channel for visibility and pipeline support.
  • Plan and publish LinkedIn content highlighting company updates, thought leadership, conferences, milestones, and client outcomes.
  • Support executive social media efforts by coordinating leadership content and amplifying major announcements.
  • Review engagement data on LinkedIn and adjust content direction to better reach health plan and payer audiences.
  • Help run pre- and post-event digital campaigns that build awareness and generate meeting requests.
  • Support paid social, website SEO, and programmatic advertising initiatives focused on health plan decision-makers.

Conference and Event Strategy

  • Handle event administration for major industry conferences such as RISE, HLTH, AHIP, and SSN, including registrations, attendee tracking, and logistics.
  • Support the conference meeting pipeline by organizing demos, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-up with Sales.
  • Manage sponsorship deliverables, speaker submissions, and thought-leadership placements for events.
  • Plan and execute virtual programs such as webinars, product demonstrations, and prospect briefings.
  • Measure event performance through leads, meetings, pipeline influence, and brand exposure.
  • Oversee production of booth materials, decks, swag, and signage for conferences.

CRM and Pipeline Operations

  • Keep CRM records accurate and clean in Pipedrive or HubSpot, with current and properly segmented health plan contacts.
  • Manage lead routing, scoring, and segmentation to support Sales handoff and follow-up workflows.
  • Build targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns and conference outreach.
  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure post-event lead follow-up is timely and captured in the CRM.
  • Assist with managing and improving the marketing technology stack.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Act as the daily marketing contact for Sales, supporting requests for collateral, competitive insights, and campaign help.
  • Partner with Product, Brand, and external agencies on asset development and prioritization for B2B initiatives.
  • Support the AVP of Marketing with research, competitive analysis, and strategic projects.
