About the Role

Platinum Coastal Group is in search of a motivated Marketing Assistant for a fully on-site position based in New York, NY. Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in on-location marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand recognition.
• Assist in efforts aimed at acquiring new customers through coordinated outreach campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and analyze performance data.
• Create and deliver engaging product and brand presentations at retail locations and live events.
• Analyze campaign results and provide feedback to improve upcoming marketing strategies.
• Help organize marketing events such as expos, pop-ups, and promotional activities.
• Support budget management by tracking marketing-related expenses and maintaining financial records.
• Research competitors to assess market position and uncover growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
• Keep informed about industry developments, latest marketing trends, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Effective and confident public speaking with excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
• Highly organized, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Up to 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, communications, or relevant internships is advantageous but not required.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with keen analytical and problem-solving capacity.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic work environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, candidates with equivalent experience or strong potential will also be considered.
