Key Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of properties to ensure optimal management.
• Carry out regular property inspections, maintenance inventories, and manage tenancy check-ins and check-outs.
• Work closely with landlords and contractors to address maintenance needs promptly.
• Oversee rent reviews, track arrears, and coordinate tenancy renewals.
• Maintain strict adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Provide landlords with advice regarding property conditions and tenancy issues, maintaining clear and open communication.
• Implement approved procedures to facilitate organized and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate portfolio activities, preparing detailed periodic and annual reports regarding financial and operational performance.
• Cultivate and uphold strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure all documentation is properly completed and archived.
• Handle residents courteously while upholding the Firm's client service standards.
• Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with estate regulations, timely payment of dues, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Estate Management is required.
• Certification or registration with relevant professional or regulatory bodies is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in property management is necessary.
