Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Operations and governmental authorities such as ZATCA and Customs to facilitate customs and duty procedures efficiently.
  • Oversee processes related to duty claims, refunds, customs paperwork, and Bayan system transactions, ensuring strict compliance with local laws.
  • Track budgetary parameters, cost allocations, general ledger accounts, and material cost reporting to guarantee financial precision.
  • Assist with the management of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and timely follow-up on payments.
  • Compile and present management reports, key performance indicators, and updates on departmental achievements.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at process enhancement and strengthening internal controls, policies, and cross-departmental projects, all while maintaining detailed documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Possesses at least two years of professional experience in customs, duty management, finance operations, or related areas.
  • Demonstrates experience liaising with government agencies and handling customs-related administrative procedures is highly desirable.
  • Understands budgeting, financial controls, cost allocation mechanisms, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel, and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Portuguese is advantageous.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
