Role Overview

As a Logistics and Supply Chain intern, you will support various operational logistics tasks vital to managing a rapidly expanding e-commerce platform. You will have the autonomy to suggest and implement improvements to processes, actively participate in decision-making, and contribute significantly to the company’s future trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute various tasks within the logistics department, including processing and tracking orders to ensure prompt delivery, handling complaints and claims, and liaising with stakeholders and logistics service providers.
• Analyze existing logistic workflows to identify and recommend enhancement opportunities.
• Provide operational assistance to the customer service team.
• Support clearance sale activities.

Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm for the e-commerce sector.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to multitask, openness to new ideas, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of logistic operations.

Additional Information

• Start Date: Summer 2026
• Internship Duration: 6 months
• Compensation: 700 euros per month; eligibility to apply for Erasmus scholarship.
• Benefits include regular German language lessons, complimentary snacks and coffee, and vacation entitlement of one day per month.
• Successful interns may have the opportunity for future employment within the company post-graduation.
