Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers holding B1 and/or B2 certifications to join a prominent international airline operating in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. This position entails a long-term contract commitment focusing on aircraft maintenance and certification support.

Primary Duties

  • Execute and certify aircraft maintenance within the permissions of the relevant license and authorizations.
  • Conduct aircraft inspections, diagnose issues, perform repairs, carry out modifications, and run functional tests.
  • Perform maintenance tasks adhering to approved procedures, technical manuals, and applicable aviation rules and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely aircraft maintenance logs and technical documentation.
  • Identify and correct aircraft defects according to sanctioned maintenance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operational teams to ensure safe and efficient maintenance completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for all maintenance activities.
  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and clients regarding maintenance concerns.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a valid Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML) or an equivalent DGCA-issued license.
  • At least two relevant aircraft type ratings are mandatory.
  • Experience with widebody aircraft type ratings is advantageous.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in aircraft maintenance and certification is essential.
  • Proven skills in aircraft inspection, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working productively in team and operational environments.
