About the Role

KPMG Jamaica operates a delivery center called Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) located in Kingston. This center supports back-office functions for KPMG United States. Job Summary

As part of the Audit Learning and Development Deployment team, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of both virtual and live learning initiatives for the audit practice. This role demands strong ownership and project management skills to deliver a smooth and exceptional experience for learners and facilitators. It encompasses managing complex operational responsibilities, adhering to project timelines, and overseeing the full deployment cycle of learning programs to meet quality standards. You will act as a vital connector, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and guiding team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of virtual and in-person learning programs, from planning through execution, to provide a seamless experience for participants.
  • Handle detailed operational duties carefully to guarantee successful program delivery.
  • Maintain project schedules for learning programs, ensuring all operational targets are met on time.
  • Oversee the full process for Continuing Professional Education (CPE), including awarding CPE credits, monitoring compliance, and verifying accuracy.
  • Manage processes related to the review, printing, electronic posting, ordering, and distribution of training materials, ensuring high quality and correctness.
  • Address inquiries from learners and facilitators promptly with accurate information.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to programs by diagnosing root causes, recording findings, and applying corrective measures.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to operational workflows to boost efficiency and enhance the learner experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between internal team members and stakeholders such as Content Leads, Learning Operations, Events & Meetings, and Lakehouse teams to facilitate program execution.
  • Delegate and collaborate with team members to effectively deliver learning programs.
  • Develop intermediate expertise in deployment processes, tools, and systems, acting as a subject matter expert for peers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Operations, Events & Meetings, or related areas.
  • Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adhere to standardized procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Additional Information and Work Conditions

  • This role follows a hybrid work model with flexibility between working remotely from home within Jamaica and onsite at the office.
  • A minimum presence of five days per month in the office is expected, potentially increasing based on business demands.
  • Work will be conducted primarily in a paperless environment requiring consistent use of information systems throughout the workday.
