About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Full-Stack Engineer to manage the technical direction of our financial data platform. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and scaling of a financial reporting system, including the development of advanced web-based Excel integrations for audit and tax professionals.

As the technical leader, you will be responsible for all architecture decisions, resolving technical challenges hands-on, and guiding junior developers to uphold coding standards and foster professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the entire technical strategy for a technology stack consisting of Angular and OfficeJS on the front end and Flask on the backend.
Manage deployment of web applications on company servers, ensuring uptime and handling incident responses effectively.
Design and maintain web Excel add-ins using Office.js to enhance financial workflow integration.
Mentor junior developers through code reviews and promote a high standard of technical excellence.
Proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions without needing external prompts.

Technical Proficiencies

Frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, RxJS.
Backend technologies: Python, Flask, Pandas, RESTful API development, SQL Server.
DevOps/Tools: Git, Apache server management, frontend and backend deployments using Apache or NGINX.
Office ecosystem: Experience with Office.js and Excel add-in development is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

Qualifications and Soft Skills

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-stack development, ideally within the FinTech sector.
Demonstrated ownership and a self-starter attitude to independently solve complex technical problems.
Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior engineers and making strategic architectural decisions.
Strong communication skills to clearly convey technical information to stakeholders and team members.

Eligibility and Other Details

Applicants must have at least 6 years of work experience.
Should be graduates in Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines.

Salary and Terms

Annual compensation ranges from ₹1,800,000 to ₹2,200,000.
Position is full-time and fully remote, open for immediate joining.
