Role Overview

This full-time role is flexible, allowing for remote work or office presence globally.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously enhance the Crimson Alumni database ensuring accuracy, compliance with privacy norms, and effective segmentation for targeted outreach
  • Collaborate to establish and operate digital platforms such as social media channels, alumni portals, and newsletters to cultivate community connection and engagement
  • Design and deliver content along with communication strategies to maintain alumni involvement and information flow
  • Organize and oversee at least 2 to 3 major alumni events annually, both virtual and in-person, working closely with marketing and events teams to maximize participation
  • Work jointly with regional Crimson offices to customize alumni programs that respect local culture and needs, coordinating with Country and Regional Managers to craft and maintain alumni engagement roadmaps
  • Develop referral and donation campaigns that capitalize on alumni satisfaction; also establish rewards and recognition systems for contributions
  • Act as the chief contact point for alumni, handling queries and support while monitoring feedback to continually improve alumni experiences
  • Spotlight successful alumni achievements to assist marketing efforts and strengthen community ties

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated background in alumni relations or community management roles
  • Excellent organizational and project leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally; aptitude to engage and relate effectively to diverse groups
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, community management tools, and event planning software
  • Innovative thinking with a strategic approach to growing community engagement

Additional Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience in the educational technology sector or within dynamic, international companies
  • Knowledge of fundraising or alumni referral initiatives
  • Credentials related to event planning or similar qualifications
