Location
Situated as a coastal sanctuary in Qatar's vibrant capital, the Four Seasons Hotel Doha offers a magnificent retreat featuring modern elegance and breathtaking sea views. Opened initially in 2005 and recently renovated by 2019, it boasts 237 rooms, 20 townhouses, 10 F&B venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, multiple pools, private beach, wellness facilities, and extensive banquet services.

Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Identify and classify guest garments by appropriate treatment methods such as washing, dry cleaning, pressing, or repair, and then operate relevant equipment with correct settings and chemicals; finalize by folding or hanging clothing as requested.
- Load washing machines accurately according to item types, measure loads for appropriate chemical usage, and monitor process quality.
- Handle employee uniforms including washing, dry cleaning, pressing, and repairs, then deliver clean uniforms to Housekeeping.
- Perform stain removal on linens as directed by the Laundry Manager.
- Transfer washed items to dryers, ensure optimal load sizing and drying duration, and deliver dried linens for folding.
- Maintain sufficient stock of chemicals, laundry, sewing supplies, and related operating materials.
- Operate and upkeep washing and drying machinery, reporting malfunctions to management, while keeping the laundry valet area organized and well-stocked.
- Work within the Valet department ensuring all guest and manager linens are processed per standards and delivered punctually while maintaining exceptional guest interaction standards.
- Assist in collecting and delivering guest laundry as needed.
- Support Laundry Attendants by covering duties during high workload or absence.
- Conduct regular inventory and stock taking for linens and supplies.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience of at least 2 years in luxury hotel dry cleaning operations.
- Team player with a professional attitude in a collaborative environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and customer interaction experience.
