Land Surveyor

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to execute precise land and construction surveys for high-rise residential and villa projects. This role is crucial in determining exact property boundaries, elevations, and site layouts to ensure that building activities strictly follow approved plans and regulations.

Primary Duties

• Execute boundary, topographic, and control surveys to determine accurate property lines and site specifics.
• Conduct site layout, including setting out and staking for buildings, villas, roads, and utilities.
• Interpret design plans and accurately apply them on-site.
• Operate and upkeep surveying equipment like total stations, GPS devices, and leveling tools.
• Perform as-built surveys and create comprehensive survey documentation for project completion.
• Detect and address inconsistencies between plans and actual site conditions.
• Monitor land movement, structural settlement, and alignment during construction phases.
• Prepare and maintain survey sketches, maps, and reports according to project standards.
• Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and project-specific requirements during surveying activities.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers, contractors, and project teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in surveying for construction projects, focusing on high-rise and villa developments.
• In-depth understanding of local construction practices, site processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with current surveying instruments and technologies.
• Skilled in using AutoCAD for survey-related design and mapping.
• Exceptional precision, attention to detail, and dependability in measurement and documentation.
• Strong communication capabilities to effectively operate within diverse site teams.
• Physically capable of working in various outdoor environments and terrains.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities on active construction sites.
