Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced L2 Infrastructure Engineer with 2 to 4 years of proficiency in cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms. The focus is on hands-on involvement with Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP), RHCSA certification, Kubernetes, and KubeVirt or equivalent virtualization technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain OpenShift cluster environments to ensure stability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot issues related to containerized workloads and infrastructure components.
- Manage container platforms effectively, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
Required Expertise
- Solid background in Linux system administration and networking concepts.
- Experience with virtualization, particularly KubeVirt or similar tools.
- Ability to perform scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
Additional Qualities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for success in this role.
