Join our energetic kitchen team as a Kitchen Porter at The Mallard, our latest pub in Tidbury Green set to open Autumn 2026. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring a seamless kitchen operation during this exciting refurbishment and launch phase.

Candidate Profile

While experience as a kitchen assistant, porter, pot washer, or kitchen cleaner in a fast-paced pub, restaurant or hotel setting is desirable, it is not essential. We value a motivated spirit and a willingness to contribute wholeheartedly to a friendly, team-oriented kitchen environment.
