Role Overview

We seek a dependable and diligent Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. This role is pivotal for ensuring smooth kitchen operations and assisting the broader team during service periods.

Key Duties

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen area and all kitchen equipment.
• Efficiently wash and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen implements.
• Provide basic assistance to chefs with preparation tasks as needed.
• Help manage deliveries and maintain organized stock storage.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
• Support a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Candidate Profile

• Prior kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Dependable, industrious, and takes pride in workmanship.
• Thrives working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains a positive approach and eagerness to learn.
• Organized and capable of performing efficiently under pressure.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay is £12.71 per hour plus shared TRONC tips.
