Kids Club Attendant

About the Role

The Kids Club Attendant at a luxury resort is dedicated to delivering a safe, lively, and unforgettable experience for the resort’s young guests. This role is pivotal in ensuring children enjoy their vacation in a secure and engaging environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serving as the main contact point for families by welcoming and registering guests, sharing schedule details, and assuring safety and allergy precautions.
• Keeping the Kids Club area orderly, clean, and sanitized by resetting rooms, organizing play materials, disinfecting surfaces, and reporting any maintenance concerns promptly.
• Providing vigilant supervision over children, managing check-in and check-out procedures carefully, verifying permissions, and maintaining appropriate child-to-adult ratios to guarantee safety.
• Resolving minor disputes among children, comforting those experiencing homesickness, and managing behavior with patience and encouragement.
• Planning and leading a variety of engaging daily activities such as arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, games by the pool, themed parties, movie nights, and outdoor sports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable previous experience working with children is essential.
• Possession of valid CPR and First Aid certifications along with a police clearance certificate from the applicant's country of residence is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills including patience, conflict management, cultural sensitivity, and high energy levels to interact effectively with international families.
• Physical endurance to be active throughout the day, including standing, running, bending, and working outdoors in potentially hot and humid resort conditions.
