Position Overview
Join Key Assets New Zealand as a Kaiwhakahaere | Team Manager overseeing the Auckland social work team. This full-time, permanent role calls for an experienced leader to inspire and support practitioners, ensuring mokopuna and whānau remain central to every decision. The role prioritizes fostering compassionate, culturally responsive practice within a trauma-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of social work professionals, providing supervision and coaching.
- Enhance the quality and cultural responsiveness of social work practices.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with carers and external collaborators.
- Monitor service quality and client outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Develop innovative approaches to improve the welfare of tamariki, rangatahi, and their families.
