Role Overview
Join SHE-com as a Junior Social Media and Content Coordinator working closely with the marketing team to handle daily content scheduling and posting across various social platforms. Your efforts will help amplify SHE-com's dedication to empowering female entrepreneurs by maintaining on-brand messaging and consistent content delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and publishing of content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn ensuring posts are timely and consistent.
- Create compelling, brand-aligned captions that reflect SHE-com’s authentic and relatable voice.
- Collaborate with marketing in planning and implementing content calendars tied to campaign objectives and upcoming launches.
- Engage with audience interactions by monitoring platforms, flagging relevant comments or questions for follow-up.
- Develop targeted content to stimulate engagement within the company’s Facebook group to foster community interaction.
- Assist in addressing audience comments and inquiries to enhance the sense of connection and responsiveness.
- Record and track community interactions to identify recurring themes or areas for improvement.
- Support basic analytics by compiling data on post-performance and audience engagement.
- Maintain an organized digital repository of content for easy access by marketing leadership and teammates.
- Contribute to campaign tracking, update project management tools, and help coordinate with partners to ensure timely content approvals and posting.
