Junior Recruiter

About the Role

Khandelwal Motors Suzuki, located in Indore (MG Road), is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Recruiter to assist in managing the recruitment lifecycle effectively. The ideal candidate will take charge of sourcing and screening candidates, interfacing with department managers, and facilitating hiring procedures to ensure smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates via various channels including job portals, social media platforms, and employee recommendations.
• Review and shortlist resumes matching the job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange interviews with the relevant department heads and oversee multiple interview stages.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates about interview progress and joining formalities.
• Publish job advertisements on appropriate recruitment sites.
• Keep detailed records in recruitment trackers and maintain candidate databases.
• Verify candidates' documents and oversee onboarding processes for new hires.
• Compile daily and weekly reports detailing recruitment activities.
• Ensure all vacant positions across departments are filled promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in any discipline; preference for BBA or MBA in HR.
• Experience between 0 to 2 years in recruitment or human resources is desirable.
• Open to fresh graduates possessing strong communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication coupled with interpersonal skills.
• Basic competency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and overall Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, or Naukri is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills including coordination and follow-up capabilities.
• Capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Additional Details

• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Weekly offs will be granted according to company policies.
• The company offers a salary range between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 per month depending on experience.

• Experience working within automobile dealership recruitment processes will be considered a plus.
