Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with mid-weight and senior designers to create innovative design concepts and deliver production-ready artwork.
Ensure adherence to brand standards across all design projects and communications.
Participate actively in seasonal brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh creative ideas.
Revise and refine designs based on constructive feedback from graphic and marketing teams.
Support the production of precise, high-quality design assets with consistent attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills

Possess a degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a comparable creative discipline.
A genuine enthusiasm for design combined with an ambition to grow within a busy, supportive in-house creative environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Basic familiarity with video editing or motion graphics software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Ability to transform feedback into practical design solutions with creative thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
A proactive, positive attitude with a readiness to learn from team members.
Comfort working collaboratively with designers, marketing staff, and broader internal teams.
Interest in branding, marketing, retail, and outdoor lifestyle products is desirable.
