Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating financial and operational reports
• Support month-end closing activities through reconciliations, validating data, and performing analyses
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate changes in financial performance
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Maintain reporting tools and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Fulfill reporting requests and provide analysis for finance and operational teams
• Participate in improving reporting systems, processes, and efficiencies
• Assist with various commercial analytics and finance projects as needed

• Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Has 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, reporting, finance, or analytical roles
• Possesses advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
• Experienced with financial reporting, reconciliations, or analysis
• Familiar with ERP or other financial software systems
• Exhibits strong communication skills and confidence working with various stakeholders
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
