Key Responsibilities
- Perform replacement and maintenance of smart and digital meters, including data download and analysis.
- Address customer complaints related to metering and resolve grievances effectively.
- Handle data entry tasks alongside collections and recovery processes.
- Conduct inspections and activities for load regularization under UAE guidelines.
- Manage installation, replacement, and accuracy verification of HT, LTMD, and high-value customer meters.
Eligibility
Candidates must possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering to be eligible for this role.
