Role Overview

This position is for a Junior Accountant focused on payables and related finance support tasks. The role involves accurate transaction posting, invoice checks, payment support, documentation control, and assistance with closing activities and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter accounting transactions into the ERP system accurately and without delay.
• Assist the Accounts Payable function by checking invoices, reconciling them with purchase orders, and reviewing supporting paperwork.
• Help prepare supplier payments and keep vendor records updated.
• Organize and retain accounting files in line with internal procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end closing work.
• Prepare schedules and information needed by auditors and management.
• Work within company policies, accounting rules, and internal control requirements.
• Record petty cash transactions.
• Log travel and expense reimbursements.
• Carry out additional accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Head of Accounting.

Experience Requirement

The role requires 3 years of accounting experience.
