Join Jewel Crown as a Jewellery Sales Associate based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role requires a friendly and professional approach to customer service alongside active sales engagement to promote our exquisite jewellery collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and provide enthusiastic assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Effectively demonstrate product features, discuss designs, and offer styling suggestions to shoppers.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals through proactive and engaging customer interactions.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Maintain appealing and secure jewellery displays to highlight products attractively.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including billing and cash or card payments, ensuring well-kept sales records.
- Continuously update oneself with current jewellery trends and product details to offer knowledgeable service.
- Support management in stock control and replenishment procedures.
- Adhere strictly to store cleanliness, brand image standards, and customer service quality.
