Job Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support for hardware and software within the client environment.
• Set up, configure, and manage PCs, notebooks, and printers.
• Administer mobile devices including handheld terminals, forklift terminals, and Pick by Voice systems.
• Perform basic networking tasks within LAN and WLAN settings.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting.
• Conduct maintenance and service activities on IT hardware.
• Assist with IT infrastructure changes, expansions, and rollout projects.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience in the field preferred.
• Sound knowledge of hardware and software environments.
• Experience with current Microsoft client operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent German language skills and good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (early, late, and night shifts).
