IT System Manager

About the Role

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. seeks a skilled IT Systems Administrator to oversee and support the organization's key IT infrastructure. The position entails ensuring operational stability, security, and optimal performance of servers, identity services, and Microsoft 365 systems. Collaboration with the IT team to manage daily operations and implement technology enhancements is crucial.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching, performance tracking, and overall system health maintenance.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain-related services.
• Provide administration and support for Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user management.
• Handle user provisioning, access control, and lifecycle management of identities across systems.
• Implement and uphold system security measures, including Microsoft 365 security configurations and identity protection.
• Oversee infrastructure uptime, diagnose and resolve issues related to servers, applications, and authentication.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and related technical material thoroughly.
• Support backup and recovery operations, including disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and ongoing improvements.

Preferred Technical Expertise

• Experience in Microsoft Azure management, including virtual machine administration and cloud identity integrations.
• Knowledge of domain and web server administration, including DNS and website hosting environments.
• Familiarity with Linux server administration.
• Understanding of advanced Microsoft 365 security features, conditional access policies, and security practices.
• Experience with hybrid IT environments combining on-premise systems and cloud services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in a Systems Administrator role or equivalent position.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Windows Server and Active Directory management.
• Proven capabilities in administering Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills for infrastructure and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate autonomously while contributing effectively within a team setting.
• Preferably holds certifications related to Microsoft technologies.
