Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated IT Recruiters to enhance our recruitment team. Candidates should have a fundamental understanding of IT concepts and recruitment processes along with strong communication and resume evaluation abilities. Both newcomers and those with experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and screen potential candidates for various IT roles.
• Assess and shortlist resumes aligned with job criteria.
• Polish candidate resumes using MS Word for clarity and format.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle.
• Support hiring initiatives for Australian and Indian clientele.
• Track recruitment status and maintain candidate records accurately.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and evaluating IT resumes.
• Basic knowledge of IT skills and technical vocabulary.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
• Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• Energetic, goal-oriented with a determination to meet targets.
• Quick adaptability to fast-paced work environments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Applicants with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work Australian shift hours.

Shift Timings

The role requires working the Australia shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
