Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and self-driven individuals to become part of our team as Bench Sales Marketers and Recruiters. This role demands working night shift hours to support recruitment needs specifically targeting the US and Canadian IT markets. The key focus lies in bench sales and sourcing fresh candidates for various IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Employ diverse sourcing strategies including job portals, social platforms, networking events, and referrals to find potential candidates.
• Engage with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and career objectives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates to understand their availability and job preferences.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote bench consultants to clients and secure project engagements.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions using the applicant tracking system.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market needs to align candidates with fitting job opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a remote working context.
• Knowledge of IT recruitment terms and processes is advantageous.
• Available to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST; note that no transportation facilities are provided.
