What you will do
- Coordinate and support the organisation’s IT operations so daily technical needs are handled smoothly.
- Manage technology vendors and purchasing activities, including assessing options, negotiating terms, arranging procurement, and ensuring value for money.
- Maintain core IT infrastructure by overseeing updates, upkeep, migrations, performance checks, and planning for downtime or service interruptions.
- Review and introduce technology tools and systems that enhance efficiency, output, and overall business value.
- Protect systems through security controls, policy enforcement, monitoring, risk handling, audits, and other governance practices.
- Track IT assets, budgets, software renewals, licences, and inventory to ensure resources are allocated and monitored effectively.
- Keep IT procedures, policies, system records, and audit documents up to date, while also supporting training and awareness activities.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for

- Solid practical experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, hardware, software, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user support.
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace, including account management, access permissions, security configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Globe3 ERP or other ERP platforms will be considered an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, data protection, and technology risk management.
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, software licensing, and IT asset control is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability, with the confidence to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
