About the Role
We seek a seasoned IT leader to spearhead enterprise-wide IT operations, infrastructure, security, service management, and governance of managed services within a complex hybrid technology setting for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT operations encompassing infrastructure, cloud, service management, security, and application operations.
- Manage hybrid infrastructure environments covering both on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Implement ITIL-based processes including service delivery, incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Oversee managed service providers, ensuring vendor performance, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
- Direct disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience initiatives.
- Develop and reinforce cybersecurity operations and compliance frameworks.
- Advocate and implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code strategies.
- Supervise application operations, software development lifecycle governance, release management, and development demand management.
- Manage budgets, software licensing, vendor contracts, and technology investments efficiently.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align IT services with organizational priorities.
Technical Skills and Expertise
- Comprehensive management of large-scale IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with hybrid cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge and application of IT Service Management frameworks, especially ITIL.
- Expertise in cybersecurity operations and compliance management.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and automation tools.
- Competence in disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.
- Vendor and managed services governance including SLA management.
- Oversight of application operations and software development lifecycle governance.
- Financial acumen in budget management and vendor contract negotiation.
- Strategic leadership in enterprise IT and operational management.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
- At least 5 to 7 years in senior IT leadership positions.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise hybrid environments and complex managed service ecosystems.
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, and security operations.

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
- Cloud Architecture Certifications
